Signing methods
Electronic signatures are a convenient, cost-effective, and secure method for obtaining signatures on digital documents. E-signatures hold legal validity in most countries worldwide, carrying equal legal weight and effect as traditional ink or handwritten signatures.
Oneflow’s Signing methods
1. Simple Electronic Signature (SES)
A Simple Electronic Signature (SES) is the most basic form of an electronic signature used to sign documents digitally. Oneflow offers multiple SES signing methods, including standard e-signatures by pressing a sign button through a secure link, sending a confirmation code via SMS to verify identity, or digital handwritten signatures often referred to as a wet ink signature.
2. Electronic Identification (AdES)
An Advanced Electronic Signature (AdES) offers a higher level of security and reliability compared to simple electronic signatures. Enabling electronic IDs allows you and your counterparties to sign your documents with an additional layer of safety and identification. Oneflow partners with different brokers to provide secure and reliable Electronic IDs and advanced signatures in a wide range of countries.
3. Qualified Electronic Seals (QES)
A Qualified Electronic Seal (QES) is a specialized type of electronic seal issued by a qualified trust service provider. It serves to protect the integrity of the document by ensuring that it has not been altered in any way since the seal was applied. Oneflow integrates Qualified Electronic Seals on top of AdES signatures to lock in the document’s content, preserving its integrity over time in compliance with EU Regulation 910/2014 Annex III.
